Canadian owned, eesho (二手, pronounced "yi-sho" or "second-hand") was created in 2025 to bring pre-loved, renewed styles to you by making the shopping experience personalized and hassle-free.

Our philosophy combines the shokunin (職人) spirit, prudent sourcing process, and a technology-forward mindset to ensure that each box contains quality, curated pieces with emphasis on its match to your evolving aesthetic.

Who is the eesho box subscription for?

The eesho box is for those looking for an artisanal renewal of their style by receiving curated outfit boxes to meet their style needs.

Where do the clothes come from?

We partner with reputable wholesale textile locations to hand pick items for you. Each item is treated with professional cleaning and care before it is sent to you.

What condition should I expect the clothing to be in?

The condition of the clothing will generally be pre-owned and gently worn. Some items, particularly ones helping form the vintage aesthetic, might exhibit signs of wear (e.g. fading, wear and tear, paint marks) which helps achieve the overall desired look.

Are the items new or pre-owned?

The majority of our items are pre-owned but on occasion, we will provide you new items, sometimes with tags too.

What brands do you typically include?

Our philosophy is to bring you clothing based on its quality, form, and function. By subscribing to our boxes, you are making the conscious decision to prioritize these aspects over brand. 

Do you carry petite or plus sizes?

For now, we do not due to limited supply from our partners in these categories. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you are interested!

How are the outfits put together?

We use AI to professionally render and combine items in our inventory based on their properties by mapping them onto your persona and style preferences. Below is an example of items that render into an outfit under the Spirited Wanderer category.

Each outfit combination is carefully reviewed by a human before they are selected and brought to you.

Can I provide feedback on items I receive?

Yes, feel free to use this form to send us feedback on the items you received!

Do you ship outside of Canada?

For now, we are proudly 100% Canadian owned and shipping only to Canada.

Returns and Exchanges

Our subscribers are allowed exchanges every three months. A shipping label will be sent to you in the third box where you can exchange up to 2kg of your previous items for news ones. Simply use the same box that was sent to you to return these items.

For each item exchanged, we will ship another item of the same category to you in the following month.

Alternatively, you can also ship to us your unwanted, gently worn clothing and we will add credit to your account for your next purchase.
