Returns & Exchanges
Monthly subscribers will be provided a return shipping label every three months where you can exchange up to 2 kg of items up to the size of the incoming subscription box provided.
Please ensure that exchanged items are returned in the same condition.
For each item exchanged, we will ship another item of the same category to you in the following month.
Exchange labels are generated using Purolator.
Alternatively, to further promote sustainability, you can also ship to us your unwanted, gently worn clothing using this label. We will add credit to your account for your next purchase.
